- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website. Hyperice products purchased from other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
What can be returned:
- Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for a full refund.
- We accept returns for entire promotional kits or bundles, but not for individual items within the kit.
What we cannot return:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Individual items within a promotional kit or bundle
How to return an item:
- Contact our HyperCare® team before shipping your return. They can help you locate your order number if needed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the return to the address provided by HyperCare®.
- Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate your refund within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays).
- A confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with your order.
- Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping costs.
